Account: name, e-mail, phone, language. Registered goalkeepers (often minors): name, year/date of birth, level, dominant hand, any medical notes and photo (only with consent). Registrations and billing: chosen plan, sessions, amounts, invoices. Messages sent via the contact form. Strictly necessary technical data (login session, security).
Managing accounts and registrations, organising and following up sessions and camps, issuing invoices, communicating with you, keeping the site secure and preventing abuse. With your consent: sending news and using photos.
Performance of the contract (registrations, services), your consent (photos, marketing, non-essential cookies), our legitimate interest (security, running the association) and compliance with legal obligations (accounting).
We use providers acting on our behalf: Supabase (database hosting and authentication, data in the EU), Vercel (site hosting), LWS (e-mail), Cloudflare (anti-bot “Turnstile”) and, where relevant, Stripe (payments). These providers are contractually bound to protect your data. Some may be located outside Switzerland/EU; such transfers are covered by appropriate safeguards.
We keep your data for as long as necessary for the above purposes and to meet our legal obligations (in particular accounting records, kept for 10 years). After these periods, data is deleted or anonymised.
We apply appropriate technical and organisational measures: encrypted connections (HTTPS), per-user access isolation (row level security), private storage of photos, restricted admin access and strong passwords.
Minor goalkeepers are registered under the responsibility of their parent or legal guardian, who owns the account. No photo of a minor is used without the guardian's consent, which can be withdrawn at any time.
You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, object to and port your data, and to withdraw consent at any time. To exercise these rights: contact@thelastline.ch. You may also contact the competent supervisory authority: in Switzerland, the Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner (FDPIC); in the EU, your national data-protection authority.
The site uses only strictly necessary cookies and stores your consent choice. See our cookie policy for details.
